Notice of EoGM - Saturday 21st February 2009
The Management Committee hereby gives notice of an EoGM for the formal handover of Al-Hussein
Building Project related matters and presentation of Project Accounts.
The meeting will commence after Maghrib Namaaz at 7:30pm.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1) Tilawat-e-Quran
2) Presentation of Building Accounts by the Building Committee
3) Presentation of any Outstanding works and any outstanding payments by the Building Committee
4) Handover of items as per correspondence with Building Committee on 5th Nov '08 and 23rd Jan '09
