Example:  You pay the following over the year.  £100 subs, £50 alim fund, £50 niyaz fund, £100 jamat fund: Total £300.  If you have completed this form, then the Jamaat can claim 28p or 28% in every pound, equal to £300 * 0.28 = £84.  I.e., the Jamaat receives £84 back from the Inland Revenue at no expense to you.  All you have to do is fill this form.
