MKSI Leicester has decided to temporarily close the centre from Saturday 14th March 2020 for all events until further notice.

The Management Committee believes that this step is necessary based on the continued increase in Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in the UK, which is currently estimated to be nearer 10,000, and the Government’s announcement to move to delay phase, that introduces stricter measures around public events.

The closure applies to ALL events including any Scheduled Programs, Daily Namaaz, Juma, Sunday Fajr and Sub Committee Events (LSC, Seniors, Behlool, Little Angels and PACE).

Scheduled Programs (Wiladat, Shahadat and Jume Raat) will continue to be broadcast via the MKSI YouTube Channel.

More information on programs and further updates concerning the Coronavirus situation will be sent via the MKSI Whatsapp messaging service and posted on www.mksileicester.org
