🌟 Bringing the Spirit of the Arbaeen Walk to MKSI Leicester! 🌟
Join us in a beautiful initiative to instill the love of Imam Husayn (as) in the hearts of our little ones by recreating the generosity and spirit of the Arbaeen walk — right here in Leicester!
🕌 What’s Happening?
Children (ages 2–8, older siblings welcome as helpers) will walk a mini trail inspired by Najaf to Karbala, stopping at mawakib (stations) along the way — each one serving or gifting something special in the name of Imam Husayn (as).
All attending children need to be registered
🤝 How Can You Get Involved?
✅ Take a Mawkib with your child and serve other children
✅ Contribute items if you can’t host a mawkib
✅ Suggested donation to support the trail/LA events: in the name of the 313! (Event is free)
🎁 Mawkib Ideas Include:
Sweet treats 🍬
Food/snacks 🍽
Fruits/Veg sticks 🍎
Sherbat/drinks 🥤
Small gifts or headbands 🎁
Puppet show 🎭
👧🏽 Involve the Kids!
Let your child help with planning, shopping, making, packing or serving — it’s all about teaching Husayni values of generosity, love, and service.

Bring your flags, wear your headbands, and receive your pole number
A surprise awaits at each mawkib!
