Tarteel Al-Qur’an (TQC) 2026 Competition

 SAVE THE DATE – Tarteel Al-Qur’an Competition 2026   “Hasten to (do) good works.” (Qur’an 2:148) Join us for the Tarteel Al-Qur’an Competition 2026 and make the Holy Qur’an a part of your family’s journey towards Allah (swt).

 Open to all ages – from young children to seniors. Whether through recitation, memorisation, understanding, or creativity, there is an opportunity for everyone to participate.

 Let us come together as a community, strengthen our connection with the Qur’an, and draw closer to Allah (swt) through His words.

 Competition: 30th & 31st October & 1st November 2026

 Presentation Evening: 8th November 2026

Categories include Hifz, Open Recitation, Tafsir, Quranic Challenge, Islamic Art

In Surah Muzzammil, Ayah 4, Allah SWT says, “..and recite the Quran in a slow (measured), distinct manner.”

The aim of this competition is to develop love and a better understanding of the Holy Quran.

From children to the elderly, as a community we wish to come closer to the Quran, whether it is through memorising its Ayaat or through discussing the tafsir of its verses, or even listening to the reciters.
